About Dubaibarter

Dubaibarter is a proposed Dubai-based B2B matching platform for construction and related businesses. The idea is straightforward: connect companies holding property, materials, equipment or service capacity with businesses that need them and have value to offer in return.

We are in the planning and demand-validation phase. Our proposed first cohort is 20 verified companies. Customer interviews, legal review and integration feasibility will inform what we build and how it operates.

The intended role is matchmaking and transaction coordination, not asset custody or escrow. Counterparties would negotiate valuations and completion terms. A proposed 2% fee per side remains subject to validation and legally reviewed payment terms.
