Dubai-based B2B barter · In development

Put your assets
to work differently.

Property, materials, machinery. Value doesn’t always have to move as cash. Dubaibarter is building a matching platform for Dubai businesses to exchange assets for goods and services.

For developers, suppliers and contractors. Early interest, not a live marketplace.

The opportunity

Idle value. New possibilities.

Our founding commitments

Demand before scale Clear roles and terms Agreed valuations

01 / The exchange model

You have value.
Someone needs it.

A developer may have property. A contractor may have materials or unused capacity. We aim to connect the two, without making cash the only starting point.

Matching and coordination, not custody.
The businesses retain control of their negotiations and assets.
01

Define what you can exchange

Describe your asset, inventory or service capacity, and what your business needs in return.

02

Find a complementary business

The proposed platform would surface relevant counterparties across construction and related sectors.

03

Agree the value. Set the terms.

Both sides establish valuation evidence, responsibilities and completion terms before proceeding.

04

Coordinate the exchange

Counterparties arrange the transfer. The planned platform supports coordination within a legally reviewed operating model.

02 / Built around tangible value

From land plots
to project capacity.

A focused starting point: Dubai construction and the businesses that keep it moving.

companies in the proposed first cohort
A target, not a current member count.

Property & land

Completed and off-plan property, land plots.

Materials & equipment

Steel, cement, aggregates, generators and chillers.

Machinery & fleets

Excavators, cranes, trucks and corporate vehicles.

Services & capacity

Engineering, excavation, logistics and accommodation.

03 / Proposed fees

One exchange.
A fee on each side.

A transaction-based model is proposed, rather than an assumed monthly subscription. Pricing and collection terms remain subject to validation and legal review.

2%per side

Proposed fee from the offeror and acceptor, each calculated on the agreed transaction value. 4% combined platform fee.

Illustration: an AED 1,000,000 exchange would mean AED 20,000 per side, before any applicable taxes.

Not a binding offer. The completed-match definition, payment timing and failed-transfer rules are not yet finalized.

Any purchase options below are separate from the proposed barter transaction fee. Final platform terms will need to specify what each option covers.
